Every year, the Quebec Government welcomes numerous foreigners who wish to study or work in the beautiful Province of Quebec. Consequently, the Canadian government gives to these temporary residents the opportunity to establish themselves definitively in Canada by filing for a permanent residency.
You are currently living in Quebec, and have been for a few years, but you are neither a citizen nor a permanent resident because you are in one of the following situations:
- Live-in Caregiver
- Foreign Worker; and
- Foreign Student.
